Dr. Douglas Addy

Douglas Michael Addy, M.D., a native of Greenwood, SC, received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. He received a master’s degree from the University of South Carolina and graduated from medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Addy served on the medical staff of Southern Pines Women’s Health Center in Southern Pines, NC, prior to opening his practice in Columbia.

Dr. Addy is a Board Certified Ob-Gyn, a member of the South Carolina and North Carolina Medical Associations, and a junior fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is married and has two daughters.

Dr. Tom Austin

Thomas Austin, MD, a native of Columbia, SC, obtained his bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Furman University. Board certified, Dr. Austin earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine where he graduated cum laude and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.

During his residency in Mississippi, Dr. Austin specialized in the areas of urogynecology and pelvic reconstructive surgery. He also garnered several awards, including the Research Scholar Award and the CREOG Teaching Award, for his work. He is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG). He is married and has three children.

Dr. Beverly Huegel

Beverly Huegel, CRNP, was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and received her undergraduate degrees in nursing and business administration from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She received her master's degree from Seton Hall University in New Jersey, where she graduated top in her class. She is a member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health.

A Board-Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, Bev focuses on health maintenance and disease prevention. She has worked in the obstetric/gynecology field for over 20 years, and volunteers her time for both the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the American Diabetes Association. Bev is married with three children.
